As a law enforcement professional for more than 28 years, I have devoted my career to the protection of children through investigative strategies, interview and interrogation, child forensic interview techniques and implementation of sound procedures and policy on responding to missing and abducted children. I have a passion for teaching and consulting on strategies for investigations and response to missing children. I formed and commanded Oregon's first Child Abduction Response Team, and Regional AMBER ALERT call center. My training and vast experience in the field of missing and abducted children and ability to foster relationships would be a benefit to this program. My loyalty, integrity, and complete dedication to investigative strategies on missing and abducted children are the foundation of my law enforcement career. I have conducted more than 1,000 child abuse investigations, including forensic child interviews, and sex offender interviews and interrogations.
